ALMATalk and related AI voice services are intended to assist with answering calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling. They are provided “as is,” and outcomes may vary. You are responsible for configuring how the service represents your business and for compliance with call-recording and consent requirements applicable to you.

The website, services, and all related content and trademarks are owned by ALMA Intelligence or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties of any kind, and ALMA Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

ALMA Intelligence is based in Ontario, Canada. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection or privacy laws (such as Quebec's rules for Quebec residents) apply.
